System Capabilities
- Validates source roles, naming, file integrity, and delivery assumptions
- Checks geometry, duration, codec, loudness, black, silence, and frame coverage
- Produces evidence-backed status instead of allowing incomplete work to appear finished
Problem
A single trailer can multiply into dozens of deliverables across aspect ratios, platforms, audio layouts, captions, and naming rules. Manual handoffs make it easy for source assumptions, small technical errors, or incomplete versions to travel all the way to delivery.
Operating Model
I designed and built a fully offline system that moves a tracked intake through five explicit stations. It verifies source roles and file integrity, applies a structured deliverable registry, coordinates version builds and finishing assets, and binds every decision to reviewable evidence.
Production Value
The working MVP turns a fragile chain of repetitive tasks into a repeatable operating model. Every station passes, blocks honestly, or fails with a clear reason, while editorial and design approval remain with people.
